Again I Am Back With Windows 10 Upgrade Problem Solution..
Here’s Quick solution:

-/ Open Command Prompt as Administrator
-/ Enter wuauclt.exe /updatenow
-/ Give it a few minutes, and open up Windows Update from control panel
-/ Enjoy!
You should now have the Windows 10 upgrade prompt on your Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1 PC!
