Here's the trick:
1. You need to buy facebook pack.
... Daily......Rs.9......20MB
... Weekly..Rs.49....140MB
... Monthly.Rs.149...600MB
( It's way cheaper than normal data packs )
2. Now do not use facebook. (Important)
3. Transfer all balance to your frnd or someone. (Make nearly 0 balance)
4. Important part:

... Goto APN settings (Where you configure internet settings)
... Name: Anything
... APN: web
... Proxy: facebook.com
... Port: 80
... Leave everything as is..
